Customer Service Representative at Brandt Bil in Alingsås

About the Position

As a customer service representative, you are Brandt's face to the customers, being the first point of contact when they visit us.

You have a central and important role where your main tasks include:

• Sales of spare parts and accessories over the counter and via phone
• Ensuring that the car hall is representative, that the cars in the hall are in order, and that the lounge looks inviting
• Assisting with test drives of new and used cars
• Directing and guiding customers to the right department
• Handing out cars that have been in the workshop

The position includes work every other weekend.

Who Are You?

You enjoy and love meeting customers in your work. As a person, you are social and have a high sense of service, as well as a good ability to create a pleasant atmosphere and make customers feel acknowledged. You understand the importance of being the face of the company, which is why you have a pleasant demeanor and a representative attitude towards customers. You are good at communicating and solving any problems and requests.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you are flexible as tasks may change and vary from day to day. Furthermore, you are a team-oriented person who does not hesitate to support your colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Driver's license
• Good computer and phone skills

It is an advantage if you have previously worked as a customer service representative or have experience in the service sector.
